Park Hills is settled in the rolling hills of Kentucky and is best known for its close-knit community and park like setting. It is located in picturesque Devou Park which is home to 700 acres of beautiful hiking and biking trails, a wonderful golf course and breath-taking views of downtown Cincinnati. Park Hills is one of the regions original car and trolley suburbs which was developed in the 1920’s. Two original stone trolley shelters still stand at the city’s Trolley Park.

 Park Hills is filled with historic homes and charm along with beautiful green space throughout the community that makes venturing outside a must! Residents are very involved and many volunteer to garden the green space in the city to keep the community looking beautiful all year long. The residents also take pride in the city’s holiday traditions such as an annual Easter egg hunt in Devou park, a Christmas party, and a Halloween hot dog cookout located at the fire station.

 Park Hills is a wonderful place for a family. The city is home to two blue ribbon schools such as all boys Covington Catholic High School and all girls Notre Dame Academy. These schools are known for academic excellence and competitive athletic programs. Park Hills is also conveniently located near Fort Wright Elementary, Turkey Foot Middle School, and Dixie Heights High School.
